My Philosophy
Hello I'm Lizabeth,
owner and creator of Elements7 Day Spa, LLC. I was inspired by my
experiences of feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious when going to
receive massages and facials. Being a plus-size woman I felt the
embarrassment of not having a robe fit or feeling self-conscious during
the massage. My goal when I started this adventure was to make a place
where any person of any shape could come and feel welcomed and
comfortable. I have carefully paid attention to every detail to make
sure that it represents my vision and your goal of feeling relaxed and
pampered. From the robes to the towels to the massage tables; they have
all been picked to assure that every body will feel relaxed.

Elements7 Day Spa, LLC has been in operation since 2005. Lizabeth's background entails a bachelors in Marketing with a concentration in Public Relations from Columbia College of Chicago. She went on to obtain a second major in psychology from Carthage College and pursued a study in a Masters of Marriage and Family Psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology.
Realizing her life's passion went on to receive a Massage Therapy Certification from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy. She is State Licensed (#3425-046) and Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage and Body worker (NCBTMB). Liz is a graduate of esthiology from the Beauty and Wellness School (Aveda Concept School) in downtown Milwaukee and is State Licensed (#1639-86) as well. Liz also has advance training from facials to body wraps through Bioelements Learning Center {to many certificates to mention}. She is a State Licensed E.M.T and volunteers for her local fire & rescue department. Lizabeth is also a Reiki Master, and is certified in Sacred Stone Therapy, Lypossageä , Massage Movement Cupping, CranioSacral Therapy Level 1 and Deep Cross-Tissue Massage. Lizabeth believes that education is power and pursue all your passions in life with enthusiasm.
Men By Referral
Due to some very unfortunate situations regarding inappropriate behavior I now only offer treatments to men by referral. Elements7 accepts referrals by current/previous clients or through a professional contact. Sorry for any inconvenience.
