~Spa Policies~

4 Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel an appointment, I ask for at least a 4 hours notice. If I am unable to fill your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you the full price of the service. If you use a gift certificate or Living Social Voucher & do not give 4hr notice, it will become invalid. All appointments made for 2 or more people or for multiple services must be reserved with a credit card.

Rescheduling Policy:
Due to the high demand for services and appointment times available, you are allowed to reschedule no more then 3 times when using a gift certificate or Living Social Voucher, even with following the 4 hour cancellation policy. After the 3rd time your gift certificate & Living Social Voucher will become void. For those individuals not using gift cert. or LSD, a pre-payment via credit card or cash will be needed to reserve appointment and is non-refundable.

Winter Weather Policy:
The safety of Elements7 guests is very important and I understand that in cases of bad weather such as snow storms and icy roads, you may have to make a last minute cancellation. To avoid being charged, you must reschedule your appointment within 2 weeks.

Elements7 will be closed if Raymond Elementary School is closed in Racine County. I will reschedule your appointment at your earliest connivance.

Please Be On Time:
I ask that guests show up 10 minutes before their scheduled service. All guests deserve a pleasurable experience, so I make every attempt to get each person into their service on time so that the guests coming after them may enjoy their service on time.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late and there is an appointment scheduled after yours, your treatment will end on time and you will not receive the full time allotted for your service. If there is not enough time between your appointment and the next guest, your appointment will be canceled. In either case, you will be charged for the full amount for your service.

Check Policy:
Non-sufficient checks returned to Elements7 will be charged an additional $35.00. All future services from this client will be pre-charged to their credit card and are non-refundable to the guest who does not give 4 hour cancellation notice.

Hours:
Elements7 schedule changes each season so please contact Elements7 for current schedule. To give my clients my undivided attention all services, treatments and in-spa gift certificates purchases are BY APPOINTMENT.

Payment:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard or check.

Gift Certificates:
The expiration date is boldly written on each gift certificate, please take note of this. There are no refunds given for expired gift certificates. All gift certificate sales are final. Guests may not use gift certificates on discounted services, specials or promotions. Gift certificate values are applicable towards regularly priced services and special services only. Guests may only use one gift certificate per visit.

Specials, Promotions, Packages, Pucnch Cards, Etc.:
Any time Elements7 has a special, promotion or limited time service they can not be combined, subsituted or transfered. Expireation date is boldly writen on each special, promotion or limited time service.

Prebooking savings:
After you enjoyed your service, why not prebook your next service, must be less then 2 months from original service, and save 5% off your next service.

Refer a Friend:
Refer a friend, family member or co-worker to Elements7 and if they mention that you referred them you receive $20 Spa Service Cash. Spa cashor Spa Service Cash has no cash value, is non-transferable, can not be used with any other special, promotion, package deal, savings program, gift certificate purchase or redemption,etc. Spa (service) cash is valid for only 3 months from date of friends visit.  Friend means and/or applys to any new client that you refer to Elements7 Day Spa that has a service performed. So it could be a co-worker, family member, etc. "New" means, has never had a service or purchased a gift cert. here before.

Living Social:
If you are using a Living Social Voucher they will fall under the same policy as a gift certificate. Please read cancellation policy & gift certificates for further details.

Retail Return Policy:
No returns or refunds given. Exchanges may be made for damaged items ONLY up to 14 days after purchase. All sales final.
