Appointments
- Being on time for appointments are greatly appreciated, So that you
may receive your full service and so our other guests are not
inconvenience. Arriving a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your
appointment allows you time to check in.
Reservations
– To use online booking you must reserve your service at least 24 hours
in advance. Same day appointments are required to call. All appointments
booked via the internet are required to hold their service time with a
credit card. Your credit card will not be charged unless cancellation
policy is not adhered to. Those booking with a gift certificate are
still required to hold service time with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- Being a personalized Spa, Client NO-SHOWS and Cancellations do
hurt us. A full fee will be charged to your Credit Cards for missed
appointments and cancellations made less than 8 hours before hand on
all spa packages (more than one service) and massages. Clients more
than 20 minutes late for an appointment, will be considered a missed
appointment and payment for appointment must be paid (Gift
Certificates will be forfeited). This helps us insure personal
attentive service to all of our guests.
