When should I arrive?

If it is your first time joining us please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our health intake forms.

What will I be wearing during my massage, facial or waxing?

Elements7 was designed around the fact that any body shape would feel comfortable and relaxed when receiving a service. Depending on your service you may receive the following:

Luxurious Robes:1X-3X

Comfy Slippers: 5-7, 8-11

Snuggly Body Wraps: One size fits all (S-L), Curvaceous (1X-4X)       

What should I bring for my bikini wax?

We carry disposable thongs that are one size fits most. However you are more than welcome to bring in your own thong for the service. Please keep in mind that wax may get on your thong, so you may want to bring in extra pair of panties to change into. Elements7 Day Spa is not liable for any damaged or stained clothing. clothing.                                  

What is a Reiki session like?
The session starts with the client remaining fully clothed laying down on the table.  The Reiki practitioner then places their hands on or near the clients body in a series of hand positions that allow for the Reiki energy to flow.  These positions include around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet.  Both the hand and body positions of the client may vary depending on the clients needs.  Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs at each position.  A session usually lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.

What is a massage treatment like?
The treatment starts with the therapist discussing what the clients health concerns are and what muscle areas they would like addressed.  The therapist leaves the room so the client may undress to their comfort level and may get situated on the table.  The therapist re-enters and starts the massage.  At all times the client remains appropriately covered. 

What may my massage treatment include?
All massages may include the use of a hydro heat pack. This is great technique that loosens up and relieves tight sore muscles. A hydro heat pack is a clay pack that we heat up to 160 degrees in a hyrdroculator. The hydro pack is wrapped in a soft thick towel when applied to client and in 10 to 15 minutes the heat and moisture soaks through the towel into your sore, tight muscles.

Will I have to get undressed?
You may undress to your personal comfort level.  Most clients will undress to their panties/underwear.  All clients remain appropriately covered/draped during the entire session.

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before service (except due to illness) 
          if appointment is not rescheduled within the next two weeks, client is responsible for 1/2 payment of service(s).
